Unicorn LLC

To support Tajikistan’s national goal of rapid industrialization and the “2022–2026 Years of Industry” initiative, Gayur Group commissioned the Unicorn Joint Venture together with Emy Korea Medical Supplies Co. Ltd. The enterprise focuses on personal hygiene products for children and women, manufactured under the national brand “Unicorn.”

The facility was built on a 7,500 m² site within Gayur’s Innovation Techno Park in Dushanbe. The project investment reached $12 million, and the launch created more than 30 permanent jobs. Production equipment and technologies were sourced from multiple industrial leaders, including South Korea, Japan, France, China, Germany, and the United States.

Unicorn products are positioned as next-generation diapers and sanitary napkins with Korean-standard quality. The product design includes fast absorption technology (“Thin Care Tech” – absorption within ~10 seconds), advanced surface patterning for airflow, improved leakage protection, and a visual indicator to support timely replacement. The complex includes five complete production lines, covering diapers (sizes 1–5), women’s hygiene products (daily and special), wet wipes (two lines), and in-house plastic/film production for wet-wipe packaging.
