About This Project
Opened in 2013, Huaxin Gayur Cement LLC became a major milestone in Tajikistan’s industrial development and a key step toward reducing reliance on imported cement. The plant was established through cooperation between Gayur Group and Huaxin’s regional investment structures, combining local market knowledge with international production expertise.
The facility is designed for high-volume, stable production and is equipped with modern technology for clinker production, grinding, and cement dispatch. Strong operational discipline and systematic quality control support consistent product performance for demanding construction applications.
As Tajikistan’s cement sector expanded, leading producers contributed to stronger regional trade flows, with export volumes growing to neighboring markets. With its scale and capabilities, Huaxin Gayur Cement LLC remains a key contributor to domestic supply and industrial resilience.
