Foundation
Gayur Group and Gayur-1 LLC established in Yovon district, Khatlon region. The company begins with construction and building materials production as its industrial foundation.
First International Plant
Huaxin Gayur Cement LLC commissioned — one of Tajikistan's flagship cement producers. Built through a landmark Tajik-Chinese partnership, the $110M plant creates 500+ jobs and strengthens national cement self-sufficiency.
Industrial Scale-Up
Huaxin Gayur (Sugd) Cement — a $145M plant in northern Tajikistan — and Huajian Gayur Industrial's drywall facility both open. Gayur Group now spans Khatlon and Sughd regions with 1,500+ new jobs.
Investing in People
Technological & Pharmaceutical College of Tajikistan established in Yovon district — educating 1,500+ students in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and applied sciences. Gayur Group's commitment extends beyond industry to community.
Innovation Techno Park Era
GI Technology (LED manufacturing, Tajik-Korean JV), Gayur Pack ($130M packaging plant, Austrian Starlinger tech, 200+ jobs), and Gayur Sanoat paints facility all launch from Dushanbe's Innovation Techno Park.
