Gayur Pack LLC

Gayur Pack LLC is a modern industrial packaging enterprise established by Gayur Group as part of its broader industrial ecosystem. The company was founded in 2019 and officially launched in 2020 with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, highlighting its strategic importance for the country’s industrial development. The facility is located within Gayur’s Innovation Techno Park in Dushanbe, where production is organized in accordance with international standards.

The factory is equipped exclusively with advanced Starlinger machinery from Austria, a global leader in woven polypropylene packaging technologies. Production covers the full technological cycle, including extrusion, weaving, lamination, printing, cutting, conversion, and final packaging. An in-house quality control laboratory ensures that all products are tested and approved before release, guaranteeing reliability and compliance with technical requirements.

Gayur Pack has a designed production capacity of up to 100 million polypropylene bags per year. Approximately 80% of output is used to supply the internal needs of Gayur Group’s cement and industrial enterprises, while the remaining volume is distributed to domestic customers and export markets. Through localized production, Gayur Pack reduces dependence on imported packaging, strengthens national supply chains, and supports the sustainable growth of Tajikistan’s industrial sector.
