About This Project
Construction of the plant began in 2014 and was completed with the commissioning of a modern production complex in 2016, making it one of the largest industrial facilities in northern Tajikistan. Built on approximately 48 hectares, the site integrates production, logistics, and supporting infrastructure for continuous operations.
To support stable functioning, an on-site power facility with a reported capacity of around 25MW was developed alongside the cement plant. This integrated approach improves operational reliability, supports consistent output, and strengthens production independence.
The plant produces cement grades used across construction and infrastructure, serving both domestic needs and potential export routes. With modern equipment and industrial-scale design, Huaxin Gayur (Sugd) Cement LLC plays an important role in regional development and Tajikistan’s cement supply base.
