About This Project
Gayur Industrial LLC was established in 2022 in Yovon district as a focused building materials manufacturer producing both cement and lime. The plant was developed to serve the growing construction demand in southern Tajikistan and reduce dependence on externally sourced materials.
The enterprise operates dedicated production lines for cement and quicklime, with a designed annual output of 150,000 tons of cement and 36,000 tons of lime. This complementary product mix allows the facility to serve a broad range of construction customers from a single site.
With 210 employees and a $3 million investment, Gayur Industrial represents a targeted contribution to regional industrial capacity, local employment, and reliable supply of core construction materials in the Khatlon region.
