Gayur Group is pleased to announce that trial production has begun at DILROZ GAYUR, a new basalt wool manufacturing plant located in the city of Guliston, Sughd Region.
The enterprise has not yet entered full-scale commercial operation. The current trial production stage is intended to test the manufacturing lines, configure equipment, assess technological processes, and ensure that the finished products meet the required quality and environmental safety standards.
DILROZ GAYUR specializes in the production of basalt wool, also known as mineral wool. The material is widely used for thermal and acoustic insulation in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
During the trial production period, the plant’s specialists will evaluate the stability of the production process, the performance of the equipment, the efficient use of raw materials, and the quality characteristics of the finished products.
The products are designed to provide effective thermal insulation, sound absorption, durability, resistance to high temperatures, and environmental safety. Following the successful completion of testing and commissioning activities, the enterprise is expected to proceed toward full-scale production.
The future operation of DILROZ GAYUR will help supply the domestic market with locally manufactured insulation materials, reduce dependence on imported products, and create additional opportunities for the export of basalt fiber products.
For Gayur Group, the development of DILROZ GAYUR represents another important step toward expanding domestic industrial production and strengthening Tajikistan’s construction materials sector.
Gayur Group will continue supporting the enterprise throughout the testing and commissioning process, with particular attention to product quality, safe operations, technological efficiency, and compliance with established production requirements.
